Full deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across all core finance modules, plus managed services to maintain and evolve the environment. Includes key integrations with Paylocity (payroll/org data), Salesforce (project initiation & landowner payments), Certify (expense management), and Wells Fargo (bank feeds & payment release).

Extended the procurement platform with Oracle Supply Chain Management, giving suppliers a self-service portal for onboarding, qualification, and document management. Simultaneously deployed the Redwood UI for procurement — providing a modernized interface that improved training effectiveness across the organization.

Integrated Accruent's Maintenance Connection platform with Oracle Procurement to automate spare parts replenishment triggered directly by service work orders. Eliminates manual procurement initiation for maintenance activities and ensures parts availability aligns with field service scheduling.

Deployed a dedicated Ontario Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business unit within Oracle to support Brookfield's Canadian asset portfolio. Established the financial entity structure, reporting hierarchies, and operational accounting configuration required for Canadian BESS operations.

Established Scout's own Canadian business unit in Oracle, enabling Scout to pursue Canadian projects and market opportunities with proper financial infrastructure. Simultaneously integrated with RBC and CIBC for automated EFT file transfer payments — extending Oracle's payment automation into the Canadian banking ecosystem.

Executed a strategic license renegotiation with Oracle, upgrading Scout to Oracle Fusion Suite — unlocking EPM and additional modules at no incremental cost. Immediately leveraged this by deploying Oracle Narrative Reporting, streamlining financial statement preparation and significantly reducing audit preparation effort.

Integrated Procore's construction management platform with Oracle to provide field teams with real-time financial visibility and enable automated PO change event initiation. Construction activity in Procore now flows directly into Oracle's financial and procurement modules, reducing manual reconciliation between field and finance.

Deploying Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS) to manage Scout's increasingly complex multi-entity structure. This phase introduces sophisticated consolidation capabilities including alternative hierarchies, intercompany eliminations, and hierarchy-dependent elimination layers — along with Org by Period and Minority Interest by Period reporting.

Deploying Oracle EPM Planning and Budgeting to replace or augment current planning processes with a purpose-built enterprise planning platform. Alongside this, deploying EPM Cash Reporting to provide treasury and finance leadership with consolidated cash visibility across all entities and geographies.

Expanding the existing Salesforce-Oracle integration to achieve complete project initiation automation and a significantly enhanced landowner payments workflow — including payment confirmation flows, status tracking, and reconciliation back into Oracle's financial modules.

The AI-native evolution of Scout's Oracle platform — deploying Oracle's agentic finance capabilities across AP, AR, GL, close, and planning workflows. Simultaneously targeting the elimination of duplicative third-party software through expanded Oracle Fusion Suite utilization, and advancing planning maturity with driver-based modeling and scenario analysis.

This phase will be defined based on Scout's strategic priorities as Phase 10 matures, market conditions evolve, and new Oracle platform capabilities emerge. FTE Consult will work with Scout leadership to identify the highest-value opportunities within the Oracle Fusion Suite ecosystem.
